The house is secluded, not far from village Rim where it actually belongs. It was built in 1886 but has been recently redecorated with special love and care, surrounded by green lawns, an orchard and a forest. During the renovating and decorating there was one guiding principle above all: the family has to be comfortable and relaxed in the house, both the grown-ups and children have to find something that will calm them down, relax and inspire.

Villa Rosette is a luxury modern villa with a private swimming pool, close to the Beach. The villa is modern with 3 bedrooms. It is set in a peaceful village environment but is only a 5 minute drive from Porec and the beach.

Located in a typical Istrian farning village but only 10 minutes from the sea, the house sleeps up to 6 in two large bedrooms, plus a mezzanine floor room, with separate Living room and fully fitted Kitchen-dining room, one spacious upstairs bathroom and a further downstairs WC. Outside is a terrace for enjoying outdoor dining, ample off-street parking and use of a private garden with pool

Outside is seating to the front of the lower apartments and balcony to the first floor apartment. Villa Jadranka is situated in Paradiž (Paradise -the official name of the village), 9 km away from Labina-Rabac (11 km from the beach), in a very peaceful and naturally preserved environment – the name speaks for itself. It is the last village in Labin, to the west (towards center of Istra). There is a swimming pool, an Istrian fountain and a stone table in front of the villa.

The villa is situated beneath the medieval Motovun town walls, on the hill dominating the wonderful Mirna river valley. The interior is spacious and has been beautifully furnished and decorated. The villa surroundings give complete privacy around the stone decked pool. A covered terrace with a barbecue provides the perfect outside dining area by the pool from where you can enjoy sunsets over the valley.

We are the Bizjak family (Mirela, Bruno & Maja) and we live in Vinkuran, a bay in the southest part of the istrian peninsula, on the west side of the croatian coast. It's a family resort village, quiet and green, only 4km far from the 3000 years old town of Pula.

Pjescana Uvala (sandy cove) is a modern settlement near Pula, Croatia. Villa Vanda is situated in quiet and beautiful surroundings full of lush vegetation. The nearest beach is only two minutes away on foot from our accommodation. Each por apartment have its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace. There is a nice view of the sea from almost all apartments.
