Terre Negre is a stone gite with a large salt water pool which is solar heated. It has high beamed ceilings and views of the countryside from its private terrace. The property sits in 4 acres of land featuring fruit trees and visiting wildlife such as deer, hares and numerous birds.

Oasis is a renovated farmhouse divided into two buildings and set around a courtyard. One building contains the lounge, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms while the other houses a further bedroom, bathroom, shower room and sitting area.

Cazals is a romantic restored stone French farmhouse set in the countryside. It is surrounded by trees, sunflowers and wooded walks. There is a large private pool for the use of guests. Inside there are hundreds of books and original works of art in every room.

Chateau Le Ruble is a small 19th century chateau. The chateau has 10 bedrooms accommodating up to 15 people. There is an enclased lawn courtyard bordered by the renovated stables containing two 3-bedroomed cottages. The whole site can be rented out to accommodate up to 30 people. Also smaller parts may be rented out serarately.

Our friendly guesthouse, classified “4 clés” from Clévacances, is situated within walking distance of the village centre of St. Nicolas de la Grave. It is set in enclosed parkland with heated swimming pool. Two spacious bedrooms and one suite are situated on the second floor of the house, two suites offer sumptuous accommodation in a secluded location. All offer en-suite shower rooms, TV and tea & coffee making facilities.

Two delighful gites in a quiet and peaceful setting 6 kms from the medieval town of Caylus. Each cottage is open-plan downstairs with sitting/dining/kitchen areas. Upstairs is a bathroom and double and twin-bedded rooms. Fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge and washing machine. The terraced pool is over looked by a magnificent pigeonnier and entered by roman steps, with ample terracing.
