The oldest part of the property on 3 floors, the Palazzo has 5 bedrooms, all with a bath or shower room. Many rooms have the original wall and ceiling decorations restored. Spacious and elegant!

Residenza La Geppa - Pozzo

This apartment is on the top floor, although it is the ground floor from the road entrance, and has wonderful views down the Valnerina and over the pool and gardens. The rooms are all spacious and there are 2 sitting rooms, one with a very comfortable sofa bed.

This apartment has a treasure of original decorations including 2 pairs of doors painted with full size pictures of Napoleonic soldiers. There are also painted ceilings and a kitchen with wall-paintings covering all the walls with kitchen units arranged in the middle of the room.
