The villa is constructed in a "U" shape form around the 56 square meter pool (7 x 8 m) with six person Jacuzzi and large sundeck equipped with sun loungers and tables. The villa comprises of two buildings, the main building with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen. The second building houses the two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. All rooms of the villa have direct access to the pool. 
There is a separate maid's quarters with own bathroom which can also be made available with the rental if required. Laundry area and storage facilities are situated at the back of the villa. 
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. Staff are on site 8am to 5pm, 6 days a week and a security guard is on patrol during the night.

Guest Bedroom 
There are five bedrooms, Gold, Purple, Green, Blue and Red, each with its own private bathroom with shower. Beds are either full size King or Queen except for the Purple room which is equipped with two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the pool
