The villa is luxuriously furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 6 adults in absolute comfort. There are also travel cots for babies. Full amenities are provided; costs are all-inclusive (electricity, gas, and cleaning are included in the price). Fresh linen and clean towels are provided weekly. Our local agent who lives next door and speaks fluent English, German and Spanish.  
 
The villa backs onto a private park which is for the exclusive use of local residents. There is a lawned garden on three sides of the house. At the front there is a large covered patio. Thereis the balcony outside the main bedroom. At the back there is another terrace which overlooks the park. The immaculately maintained garden is fully enclosed ensuring privacy and providing a safe environment for small children.  
 
La Barrosa beach is a glorious 7 km stretch of of golden sand which is renowned as one of the finest beaches in Southern Spain. La Barrosa itself has a seafront promenade with restaurants, cafes and bars and a main street with more restaurants and bars as well as shops, banks and other services - all within easy walking distance. There are many other beaches and sheltered coves within easy driving distance. Golf at several first class courses, horse riding, swimming, fishing, tennis, sailing, surfing (kite, wind & Malibu) are just some of the many outdoor activities readily to hand. 
 
The area has not suffered from the over-development that characterises some of the other Spanish Costas despite having some of the most spectacular beaches in Spain, backed, not by ribbons of development, but by sand dunes, marshland, farmland and dense pine forests. With an average of 3200 hours of sunshine per year (the highest in Spain) and cooling sea breezes off the Atlantic ocean, it is a haven for holidays at all times of the year. As part of Chiclana, La Barrosa has a permanent local population which ensures that many of the facilities remain open throughout the year.
