Victoria apartment is perfectly situated in Kalkan Old Town, literally 3 mins walk to everything you need, Shops, restaurants, Harbour and Beach. 
The apartment was Built in 2006 and 2009 will be the first year we have offered it for rent.  
 
It has 2 bedrooms ( sleeps 4 ), both bedrooms have terraces with beautiful views over Kalkan bay. Bedrooms have wardrobes and Dressing tables. 
Good size bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen and dining area. A welcome pack will be provided to help you get the most our of your stay. 
Spacious, cool and comfortable Lounge which has a CD player with Radio. Rental prices include; all utility bills and cleaning and fresh towls and linen.

Victoria Apartment can be reserved for a non -refundable deposit of 150, with the full balance Due 12 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of 100 ( separate Cheque) is required along with the balance of the rental. This will be returned 10 days after your return following clearance by our Local agent.
