Cervano and Milanda Villa

Two old '500 buildings, perfectly and modernly restored, just over an 18 holes golf course, overlooking all the Lake Garda, in the middle of a park of 130.000 smt. There are 3 modern suites in B & B and some self catering apartments, looking at the lake and the mountain; an enchanted place , lost between past and future,where modern and antique mix together in an incredible blend.

The B & B section

The apartment is composed of a single long room: all the windows look at the lake .The room is divided in two parts : the bedroom with double bed in iron and an old stile ('700)painted Venitian wardrobe, the living room part with corner sofabed, satellite tv, internet connection, safebox and computerdesk. The bathroom with glass shower and green wash-basin is a wonder of the Italian design Artelinea (Florence).

Elisa Apartment

The apartment looking the lake and mountain is composed of a double bedroom in iron,one with twin beds. Furniture is in an old style ('800) in walnut wood. The bathroom has a corner glass round shower, a glass green wash-basin, a wonder of the Italian design Artelinea (Florence). The sitting room , looking also at the mountain includes fireplace, satellite digital Tv, internet connection. The small kitchen is a separate room.

Gino self catering apartment

3 rooms , including a large kitchen with fireplace, all front lake, with wonderful view, once the rooms where the fruits were put to dry, looks at the courtyard and the lake; fully supplied can guest comfortably 4 persons

Aldo, historical apartment

The house was built in 1889, no more used after 1892(death of the builder) and was left like it was ( a country villa)up to now: only minor changements were made ( bathrooms, some pavements). Also all the tools are original of '800 ( i.e. a "Peugeot" coffea grinder, cars were not yet invented!). In this building you can "live" the spirit of another eve. Most walls are painted and the wood pavements are hand made nailed
