As the apartment is on the second floor, there are stairs so it's not suitable for anybody infirm or wheelchair bound.
*** Well situated just a two minute walk into the town centre where a market is held on Tuesday and Saturday mornings plus a small additional market is held on Sunday mornings. The town also has various bars, restaurants and shops, including a supermarket. Mazamet is just 11km from Castres where there is additional shopping areas, a lovely river with a boat trip, further restaurants and bars, etc. Just 40 minutes to Carcassonne and 1 hour 15 minutes to Toulouse. Well located for walking, cycling and exploring the South West of France. Also 1 hour to the coast.
