The Property
The apartment benefits from having an extremely large open plan living space, which includes a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area, furnished to a very high standard. There are two good sized bedrooms, a modern bathroom and air conditioning throughout. The apartment also has a large balcony area with outdoor seating and a BBQ chimney which overlooks the gardens and large swimming pool.
We are situated in an enviable quiet location but are only a few minutes walk away from the busy centre of Calis where there is a wide selection of bars and restaurants can be found.
Just 4km away is the three thousand year old port town of Fethiye, which is a vibrant market town with a great range of shops, bars, markets, banks and restaurants.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan to provide an exceptionally comfortable living space, which leads out onto the private double balcony, which over looks the gardens and swimming pool where you will find comfortable outside furniture and built in BBQ.
There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedrooms, both with ample wardrobe space. The main bedroom also has patio doors leading to double balcony area.
The bathroom is beautifully tiled consisting of bath, with a shower above, wc and a large vanity unit with lighting.
*** Calis is the beach resort of Fethiye and is easily accessible by water taxi or the local Dolmus (mini bus) service. The apartment is within easy walking distance to all the resort facilities. Just a short stroll takes you to the beach and resort centre, passing inviting bars and restaurants on the way.
Just 2 to 3 minutes away is the Water Park, local Sunday Market and Supermarkets. The local Dolmus runs past the end of the road and is a safe, cheap and fun way to explore this lovely area.
The beauty with Calis is you can do as much or as little as you want. There are the usual trips and excursions on offer (or if you prefer, just laze in the sun and watch the world go by. Whatever you decide we are sure once you have tried this fabulous area you will understand why people return year after year.

Changeover day is flexible.
A cleaning charge of £20 will be added for each weeks rental.
A 10% discount will be deducted for every additional week after the first.
A £100 deposit is required to reserve the booking plus an additional £50 per week for any bookings over 2 weeks.
The remainder of the payment is payable 2 months prior to holiday commencement.
If the booking is made within 2 months of the holiday commencement. Payment in full is required.
