The Property
This apartment is brand new and has much to offer the holidaymaker. It is furnished to a very high standard for utmost comfort. The south west facing balcony is ideal to enjoy the afternoon/evening sunshine and it overlooks the swimming pool and manicured gardens. There are DVD's, board games and books in the apartment.

The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be made up as two singles or as a king bed, depending on the requirements of the guests.
One of the couches in the lounge converts to a comfy double bed for extra guests.

*** Vilamoura is on the Algarve which is situated in the south of Portugal. It is one of the main tourist destinations due to it's situation around the Marina de Vilamoura. The area has a extensive selection of restaurants and bars both on the marina and in the surrounding streets. The proximity to Faro airport is a great asset as it is a mere 25 minutes drive away.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of low rise apartments yet just 12/15 minutes walk from both the marina and the Falesia beach. It is not necessary to hire a car for your stay at this apartment as most facilities are within walking distance and there is a great taxi service at very cheap prices.
The area has much to offer for all age groups between watersports, cruises along the Algarve, an aqua park, mini-golf, driving range, horseriding to name but a few. There are many lovely old inland towns to visit and discover some of the history of Portugal.

The above are the rates for the relative months. Rentals need not be for one week only, they can be less than or more than that period. Verbal bookings will be held for 7 days. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the holiday. A €200 breakage/damage deposit is also payable with the balance and this will be refunded with 7/10 days of vacating the apartment.
