If you're looking for peace and tranquility after a hectic day at the Parks, this is the place for you. The villa has 4 large bedrooms: Master with King Bed and ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with Queen Bed and 2 further bedrooms with Twin Beds. There are also 2 rollaway beds. All bedrooms are upstairs. The Ground Floor comprises a spacious entrance hall with vaulted ceiling, leading into the family living room with Cable TV and DVD, Radio and CD Player and plenty of seating. There is a utility area leading into the large double garage. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oversize cooker, coffee maker and toaster, and a small breakfast table. From the kitchen you will find the formal dining area with a large dining table with seating for 8 and a further "quiet" living area with 2 sofas. Patio doors lead from the living area to the patio and large pool, which has electric heating to keep the pool at a comfortable temperature throughout the year. The pool overlooks the lake and woods beyond. The rear of the villa is very secluded and the pool area is not overlooked. 
There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The parks and attractions are less than 20 minutes' drive away. Orlando International Airport is only 15 minutes away, and it is only 40 minutes' drive to the Space Coast for the Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach. For Golfers, there are over 10 golf courses within 20 minutes' drive, and many offer very reasonable rates.
