Villa Samimi sleeps 6 people in total with 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. All the bedrooms have aircon. It is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan and just a 20 minute trip by taxi from Dalaman airport.

The Property
Villa Samimi was completed in September 2003. It is one of four
privately owned villas, designed by a prominent local architect. It is
situated in a country lane about 10 minutes walk from the centre of
Dalyan. There is a 50m pool which has a two lane swim area for those of
you who are keen swimmers. Each villa has its own private area in front
of the villa including a part shaded patio area for al fresco dining.
The holiday price includes: accommodation as agreed, a welcome basket (tea,
coffee, milk & sugar and some local delicacies), all linen and bath towels are
provided and changed weekly, a detailed information pack in the villa to help
you plan your holiday. Reconfirmation of return flights. Greeting and help from
your English speaking hosts.
Please note at various times of the year we do have special deals for less than 6 people occupancy the villa but this is outwith the main holiday months of July and August. Please contact us for further details. (See below)

Two of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, each with aircon. The double bedroom faces out towards the pool area and the twin faces towards the mountains to the rear of the property. There is a stunning and spacious attic twin room on the top floor which has also aircon fitted. Please note the steps to the attic are "galley" type steps.

As the pool is over 5ft deep and there is no separate children's area, the property is not recommended for families with small children.
The villa is suited for couples or families with older children.
*** Dalyan is situated on Turkey's Turquoise coast and is only 20 minutes from
Dalaman airport. Transport can be arranged to and from the airport on
request. We do not organise flights but they can be booked via the Internet
or your travel agent. Flights depart from many regional airports in the UK.
Dalyan is a small town with its own harbour. There are lots of family-type
bars and friendly restaurants, many of them with stunning views of the
famous Caunos rock tombs.
There are many things to do and see in the area surrounding Dalyan. Take a
small boat over to the ancient city of Caunos with its amphitheatre and
watch the sunset; visit the mud baths and thermal springs reputed to cure
all ills and go home looking 10 years younger! Another must is a trip to the
Garden of Eden which is situated on the shore of Koycegiz freshwater lake.
Excursions can be organised from the villas : boat trips, snorkelling, bird-
watching, horse riding, overnight trips to the world famous archaelogical
site at Ephesus and the petrified water cascades at Pamukkale. For those
who are a little more adventurous why not try white water rafting or even a
Microlite!
Our nearest beach is the famous 7km long Iztuzu Beach which is carefully
protected as turtles bury their eggs in the sand. The beach can be reached
by boat or small bus. A small café/bar serves drinks and snacks.
Villa Samimi is within easy walking distance of the centre of Dalyan. There are some small shops nearby where you can pick up freshly baked bread every morning.
