The lounge/dining room is fitted with airconditioning, as are the bedrooms. The main bedroom also has doors which open on to the sun terrace. 
Holiday 3 bedroom Villa Cabo Roig The swimming pool is one of three shared among the other villas on this small community. The villa is set amongst mature and well maintained gardens. 
 
There are two beaches close by, one of which is in a protective cove and has a small marina and is overlooked by a renowned seafood restaurant. The beaches have beach bars during the season where you can obtain refreshments. 
 
Cabo Roig is an exclusive residential area and provides a quiet setting, although there are shops, supermarkets, bars, banks and restaurants nearby. The golf courses of Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin are all within a short drive.
