Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, will accommodate 6 people with use of sofa-bed. But is ideal with plenty of room for 4 people.

Corner unit sofa converts to double-bed, coffee table, indoor water feature, 42"wall mounted Plasma screen T.V. DVD player with selection of discs, Sky T.V.(limited channels) Router for internet access, Air-conditioning, gas central heating. 
 
Bedroom One: 
Set up as a double but will configure into 2 singles, Visco mattresses (mold to the body) with a zip to join together. Air-conditioning, ceiling fan, radiator, fitted wardrobe, secure safety deposit box, dresser/mirror, hairdryer, telephone.  
(Please note: calls to all Polaris extensions & other La Torre residents are free of charge. Outside line is NOT AVAILABLE, phone boxes are located at Supermarket.)

Structured around a large, 18 holes golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, the 1.4 km2 La Torre Golf Resort, features a total of 2,648 homes with different characteristics: villas, semi-detached houses and luxury apartments, distributed over a closed perimeter. It features a wonderful Town Centre structured around a splendid lake, offering the most comprehensive services such as a large supermarket, a bilingual school and a hospital.

Directions from San Javier Airport: 
Follow road straight across roundabouts to AP7 follow the sign to ALICANTE.  
Continue until JUNCTION 782 MURCIA, SUCINA (C3319) turn off right and go left onto C3319.Then you can follow the map below from Junction 782. Here are the directions below:From Junction 782 Continue for 16 kilometres towards Murcia, it is a dual carriageway.When you pass a windmill look for a junction marked SUCINA, EL GARRUCHA, you will see a BBQ restaurant on the other side of the road.Continue to a mini roundabout and turn left over a bridge over the dual carriageway, to another mini-roundabout. Take the second exit and take the road to your right marked URBANIZACION it is in front of greenhouses and runs parallel with the dual carriageway.  
After 2.5 kilometres a sign to your right says URBANIZACION and you will see the entrance to La Torre Golf Resort.

Reservations: A Non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure a booking. 6 weeks prior to departure the balance is due plus a Refundable £150 security breakage deposit.  
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until I have received the reservation payment in cleared funds. Payments should be made via Paypal through our secure online booking system.  
All weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday 
*(Compulsory)* 70 Euro entry/exit cleaning charge is payable to key holder on arrival, linen and towels included free of charge.
