LOCATION: El Pinaret - the 'Pine Wood' - is a pleasant, green estate just a short stroll from the centre of Puerto Pollensa and just 5 mins from the sandy beach with its gentle waters ideal for families travelling with children. You have a good choice of restaurants, shops and bars immediately to hand and the centre of the resort is just 500 metres away. There is a 24 hour doctor and a pharmacy about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. 
 
OPPOSITE the apartment block is the VILLA CONCHA APARTHOTEL which is open to non-residents and you are therefore allowed to use all their facilities. 
 
The pool area is landscaped with plenty of palm trees and lit up at night. There are three pools available and there is a lifeguard on duty for much of the time. The main beach is only 5 minutes walk from the complex. The bar area has a restaurant which serves very good food that is well priced and compares favourably to many of the places in the town itself.

The on-site shop is reasonably priced and you can find most of what you need in there.  
 
For children the complex has plenty to offer with 3 pool tables, a table tennis table, an area in the lounge where there are a number of arcade games and of course there is the Kiddies Club. Each night from Sunday to Friday there is a kiddies disco in the main bar area.  
 
There is entertainment in the main bar area which runs 6 nights a week from Sunday to Friday.  
 
The complex is mainly inhabited by British holiday makers and the staff all speak excellent English.

Just a short walk down the road is the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for relaxing & sunbathing & perfect for children. 
 
Whilst strolling into the center of the port you have the choice of numerous restaurants offering both international and Majorcian cuisine. The many shops offering quality souvenirs and artesania are not to be missed. 
 
The beautiful habour is full of boats and yaughts of every description and nationality.
