BOOKING CONDITIONS
A booking will be confirmed on receipt of deposit. A 25% deposit or £100 (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit will be required.
The balance will be payable 8 weeks before departure.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, payment in full will be required to confirm booking.
Please note, as with all holiday bookings, payments made are non-refundable. Please also remember that your holiday insurance is also your responsibility.

We have a NO PETS POLICY. We also have a NO SMOKING POLICY within the apartment. Please use outside areas if need be.
The apartment is spacious, relaxing, light and airey. Set on a corner position it has plenty of outside private space were you can relax and feel comfortable.
outside the apartment you will find beautiful gardens, very large pool with safe area for children, 2 jacuzzi's and if your feeling energetic, an onsite gym.
Close by you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafe/bars, bars etc.
