The Property
The property offers spacious and well furnished accommodation and is in a quiet location 10 mins walk from the main Burriana beach. The well lit garden has a BBQ, plenty of sunbeds, parasols etc. and a large private pool shared with the Garden Apartment. 
 
The property is well equipped with Sky TV, full cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, fans hairdryer etc. The centre of Nerja with its shops and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants is 15 mins. walk away. Supermarket and buses are close by. Easy parking outside the villa. 
 
The villa has accommodation on two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious well furnished living area with a large lounge with Sky TV, DVD/CD player and leads via patio doors to a private terrace overlooking the garden, patio and pool. On this terrace is a table and chairs for outside dining.  
 
All windows have grill protection so windows can be left open in hot weather. 
 
Next to the lounge is the dining area which leads into the modern fully equipped kitchen with full sized cooker and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are also provided. 
 
Upstairs is a spacious double bedroom with king sized bed and fitted wardrobe, bedside units and an en suite bathroom. Doors lead to a private balcony/terrace. 
 
The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and bedside unit. A second shower room is adjacent. Hairdryer and fans are provided.  
 
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

*** The property which offers spacious and well furnished accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area of Nerja near to Burriana Beach with its fishing boats, water sports in summer and safe bathing. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and the nearest supermarket with a good range of English food is just 5 minutes away.  
 
Places to visit:- Along the coast to La Herradura (Horseshoe Bay), Marina del Este, Almunecar, Salobrena and inland to the white villages (e.g. Frigiliana) for one day or overnight visits. Granada with skiing in the winter and the Alhambra Palace, not to be missed. Sevilla, Ronda, Cordoba, Malaga, Marbella spotting the rich and famous, and of course Gibraltar can easily be reached by car, taxi or coach. Last but not least the famous Nerja caves, spectacular and impressive, found in the sixties by a group of local boys. In July each year they resound with arias from famous operas, international orchestras and soloists. Paragliding, pedaloes, wind surfing, diving and horseriding are available in Nerja. There are 2 golf courses and 2 Aqua Parks within easy reach. 
 
There are street markets within easy reach every day of the week.

The Villa has a large fully equipped kitchen including full oven, ceramic hob, micowave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. a spacious living area including lounge and dining room leading onto private terrace with table and chairs for outside dining overlooking the garden and swimming pool.  There is Sky T.V. and CD, DVD and VCR so there is no need to miss your favourite programmes.  An iron and ironing board and hairdrier are also provided.  There are fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.  Upstairs there is one double bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite bathroom and one twin bedded room with separate shower room.  Both have plenty of wardrobe space and terraces. 
A cot is available if required.  Doors lead to the garden and terrace and beautiful swimming pool and barbeque which are shared with the Garden Apartment, if let.  There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols and other garden furniture. 
 
The Garden Apartment is very spacious with a large bedroom with three single beds, a separate shower room, a double bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite shower room.  There is a fully fitted kitchen including full oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. and lounge/dining room.  Sky T.V., CD/DVD/VCR player are provided so that you can record your favourite programmes.  Fans are provided for the summer and heaters for the winter also iron and ironing board and hairdrier.  Doors lead onto a private terrace with table and chairs for outside dining, and also the large terrace and barbeque and swimming pool which are shared with the Villa, if let.  There are plenty of sunbeds and garden furniture and parasols for your use.  There is also a separate gated garden for children away from the pool. There is a cot if required.
