This beautiful Penthouse has an exceptionally large terrace with tables and chairs for having "al fresco" BBQ·s. This is a sun trap and ideal for private sunbathing. 
There are lovely plants and flowers there to add to the beauty of it. The views from here are fabulous and you can spend many hours just on the terrace alone. 
If you get bored with this then take the lift down into the gardens where you can find a sunbed by the swimming pool and read a book.  If you fancy a bite to eat then wander off into the Crown Resorts area and have lunch beside the heated pool. Here you can have a game of Mini-Golf or perhaps half-an-hour in the Mini-Gym. there is also an area where you can play basket ball or five-a-side football. 
two Pool Tables are also provided by Crown Resorts. If you have toddlers then they can play in the fenced off area, which has slides, swings and climbing frames, the kids love this, they also have a small paddling pool. The staff of Crown Resorts put on a small show for kiddies a couple of times a week. The children and the grown ups love to get involved with this. Outside the complex, there are many Bars and Restaurants, they cater for all tastes, such as Chinese, Indian, Hungarian, Italian, English, Asian and of course, Spanish. So if you dont want to drive, dont worry, as this is all within a 3 minutes to 10 minutes walk. There is also a Bus service and Taxi Rank just around the corner. All the Tourist attractions are easily accessible by car or if you are not driving, by coach trips or Bus. 
We keep many pamphlets and leaflets in the apartment of all the tourist attractions 
and a list of some of the better Restaurants.  
We live three minutes from the Penthouse, so if you encounter any problems whilst you are staying here then we will be here immediately. There is also security just a phone call away, if you have any bother from other holiday makers.  
You will have to go a long way and pay much more to have a better holiday than at Riviera Del Mar.
