This Beautiful Villa is situated on the exclusive Kalkantepe complex, located in the hills overlooking Kalkan. The Villa is one of only eight Villas and is set in spacious landscaped grounds with private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people, full air conditioning, cd player, dvd player, satelite television, ipod station, lounge with open fire, dining area, seperate kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, travel cot and highchair.
Situated approx 2 miles from the bay this idyllic, tranquil, peaceful setting is perfect for getting away from it all, yet with a shuttle service into the bay 6 to 8 times a day you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the old town of Kalkan within minutes.

Air conditioning units can provide heating to 30 degrees if required. The villa can provide safety from the pool by locking the gate between the pool and the terrace area, however the terrace area is elevated and although fenced sufficiently to prevent danger children must be supervised. As long as children are supervised we would recommend the villa as suitable for families with young children. Provided are cot and high chair if required free of charge. The villa is situated approximately 2km from the town, with easy access via the shuttle bus service. Car hire, if required, can be arranged with a vehicle delivered to the villa for your convenience.

Kalkan is one of Turkey's best kept secrets. Once a tiny fishing village it is now a small, sophisticated resort with a charming marina where modern yachts mix with traditional fishing boats and gullets in a postcard pretty setting, where peace and tranquility are guaranteed. Famed for its narrow cobbled streets that wind down to the harbour the town boasts a multitude of excellent roof top and water side restaurants serving all manner of culinary delights including many local dishes against the backdrop of the most spectacular views on the med.
There are various beaches and beach clubs in and around Kalkan:in the town there is a small pebble beach, whilst a 10 minute drive or trip on the dolmus bus takes you to the beautiful Kaputas beach. Further afield (20 mins) is the Patara Beach (voted best beach in the med by the Sunday Times). Not only does it have loggerhead turtles coming in to nest, but has a backdrop of ancient ruins with an amphitheatre. From the harbour you can take a free boat to the beach clubs around Kalkan, hire your own boat with your own crew and chef for the day, visit the local greek islands, view the ancient sunken city, take a trip to the lycean caves or sample the relaxation of a traditional turkish bath.
Kalkan offers culture tours, as well as boat trips for swimming, snorkeling and diving pursuits.There is paragliding at Kas abseiling in the Saklikent Gorge and nomadic village safaris can also be arranged. Kalkan has a very good general market on Thursdays and there are also daily fish and vegetable markets. Kalkan also has supermarkets, a bank and a medical centre.
