A perfect holiday destination, this is a brand new individual Villa located within the quiet and sought after area of La Merced near to El Campello on the Valencia coastline only a short walking distance to a secluded and sandy beach. The villa sleeps up to ten people in two Double Rooms and three Twins, with an en suite bath / shower room off the master room and 2 further separate bath/shower rooms serving the three twin rooms.

The Property

The villa is split across two floor with the bottom floor being a completely self contained two bedroomed appartment. 
 
The appartment downstairs consists of two bedrooms, one large master room with double bed and one large twin room with two beds. Both of these bedrooms are serviced by a large walk in wet room with large shower area and toilet and wash basin. 
 
The main longe dining area contains a kitchenette with sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and cooking grill, the lounge, dining area has a diningtable for 6and a large patio door opening out onto the raised terrace and beatiful views across the bay and sea. 
 
Upstairs the main villa has three large bedrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite, two further twins serviced by a large bathroom / shower.  
 
There is a large Lounge / Dining room again with large dinign table for 6 and spectacular views opening out onto a large covered Veranda. The fully fitted kitchen includes, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. 
 
All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and provide adequate cooling for the summer months. 
 
The price includes all linen, hand towesl (but not Beach Towels), electricity, water. A travel cot is also available for a small charge of £15 per week if required. 
 
There are a couple of small traditional bar/ restaurants within a 10 minute walk and also a small store where you can buy fresh bread and general items. El Campello is only a short drive or taxi journey and has much nightlife, bars and restuarants within the town and also along the seafront esplanade. El Campello is also served with a good local bus service or alternatively the coastal train which runs from Alicante to Benidorm. 
 
There is a large outdoor pool and terraced areas for relaxing or just enjoying the views and plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy Al Fresco dining along with a large BBQ. (Coals not supplied) 
 
Smoking is not permitted within the villa however there are no restrictions outside.

Where possible we can be flexible with change over dates and arrival times and departures. Where this is not possible due to incoming guests or exiting guests the standard times of 14:00 arrival and departure by 10:00 will be required. 
 
Long weekends are available and subjest to request and availability. Please feel free to ask.

Additional Information

 
The Terms and Conditions below are those that you will be bound by when agreeing to contract to the rental of CasaBlance Villa in La Merced. 
 
1. A damage deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking and final payment.  This deposit is refundable when the keys have been returned and confirmation has been received from the key holder that the property is in the same condition as when possession was taken. Any breakage or damage will be deducted from the deposit before being refunded.  Please note, a £50 deduction will be taken frm the deposit to cover cleaning and laundry costs, so the refund will be £200 subject to the cnditions above having been met. 
 
2. No pets are allowed.  
 
 
3. On initial booking, a 25% payment is required to secure the booking. The remaining 75% is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.  For bookings made within two months of arrival date 100% of the due amount is payable at the time of the booking.  
 
 
4. Included in the price is electricity, water, towels (not beach towels) and bedding, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, with the exception of the cleaning and laundry charges as above in note 1.  
 
 
5. The maximum capacity of the property must be respected and not exceeded.  
 
 
6. There may be instances where either electricity or water is cut off in the local area.  It is recognised that such action is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for this.  However, should this situation arise please contact the local key holder who will assist where possible with the problem. 
 
 
7. Generally, entry to the property is not permitted prior to 16:00 hours on the day of arrival though there is flexibility depending on the time of year you arrive. Departure is by 10:00 - again there may be flexibility with this so please check with the key holder if a later departure time would be more convenient. 
 
 
8. There is always the possibility where they may be instances where subsequent to booking the property that events transpire which result in the property or facilities no longer being available to you.  For example, adverse weather conditions result in damage to the property, which cannot be repaired prior to your arrival. In the event that this happens you will be offered a full refund of your accommodation monies paid.  However the owners have no responsibility of travel arrangements or cancellations effecting your booking period. 
 
 
If we are made aware of any changes prior to your departure we will of course advise you. It may well be the case that we may not have been made aware of any changes.  
 
 
9. If there are any complaints with respect to the property you should notify the key holder immediately who will then try to solve the problem.  
 
 
10. You are responsible for maintaining the property in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The property must be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. This includes the removal of rubbish and washing of dishes. Should any of the equipment or furnishings be lost or damaged you will be required to make a full reimbursement or agree settlement from your deposit. 
 
 
It is highly recommended that all members of the party have personal travel insurance. We cannot be held responsible should any member of the party fail to arrange travel insurance. 
 
 
11. This is a non-smoking apartment; however, smoking is permitted on the sun terraces and garden areas.  
 
 
12. Use of the pool area is entirely at the owners risk and care should be taken at all times with infants and appropriate childrens and non swimmers safety devices used at all times.  The owners cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by negligence.  
 
 
Cancellation Policy 
 
 
If a booking is cancelled in excess of 90 days before arrival, the cancellation charge is equal to 25% of the total value of the booking. 
 
 
If a booking is cancelled between 90 days and 30 days before arrival, the cancellation charge is equal to 50% of the total value of the booking. 
 
 
If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation charge is 100% of the value of the booking.
