Unusually for a city centre, there is a private garden/patio complete with fruit trees, perfect for al fresco dining and with big views over the city.

The Property
We lived and brought up our children here, it's a great family base and is a real haven from the tiring duties of a tourist!
You can walk to all attractions and amenities and really experience true Portugueses life-style. From this base you can explore not only the city centre and all its historic monuments but also shop till you drop in the modern centres and take a short train journey to the countryside of Sintra or the coast of Cascais & Estoril.
Our English speaking cleaning lady and her family live in the same building and are on hand to help and advise as well as greet you and show you the ropes.

The 3 bedrooms each have a seperate entrance but also inter-connect. We have a travel cot which can be erected in any of the bedrooms and the large front living room has a double sofa bed. This still leaves the combined kitchen / living area as well as the "extra room" of the garden.

The kitchen has all you need to cater at home. There are 2 tvs in seperate rooms, one with satellite the opther with video and DVD and an extensive choice of films for all ages. Lots of rteading material is also provided.
The storage heaters make it a a warm and cosy environment in winter. the bathroom was completely redone in 2008.
