The home is kept to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

The Property
This villa is family owned and we have worked hard to maintain the high standards we have set ourselves. We are also fortunate to have an excellent Management Company who are honest, reliable and also achieve very high standards in all aspects of cleanliness and maintenance.
We have been visiting Florida for several years and have lived in quite a few villas, some good, some very good and some not so good and some in areas that were supposed to be near the Disney Parks and were not.
We were fortunate enough to be able to buy a home so we decided on Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens because of its close proximity to the Disney Parks, the nice neighbourhood and the fact the home, the pool and the lawns had been well looked after. We added a games room, new pool furniture, new sofas, LCD HDTV, upgraded bed linen, upgraded king size comforters to designer quality, installed wired broadband, new curtains and wall hangings and even planted palm trees and shrubs.
Our excellent guest reviews speak for themselves so our efforts have not been in vain.

You could not select a more perfect, sought after location. The tranquil surroundings of Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens is only 2 miles from the entrance to the Disney magic. So close, you can return to your luxury home for relaxation by the poolside or chill out in the hot tub, before returning to the magical evening entertainment, batteries recharged. It is situated just off Highway 192 at Mile Marker 5 and within a 3 minute drive to the Formosa Gardens Village which contains some of the best eating places including Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Cracker Barrel,Giordano's,Red Lobster, TGI Fridays to name but a few. Also there are shops including a Winn Dixie Supermarket, a walk-in Medical Centre and Jungle Mini Golf park.
If you have the time why not try nearby Celebration and relax lakeside on the rocking chairs or visit it exquisite shops or spend a fun night at Old Town at Mile Marker 8 where there is an abundance of entertainment including live music.

Just a few lines to say returned safely from Florida and to thank you once again for all your help and advice. We all had a wonderful time, the villa was exceptional and all found it a comfortable and relaxing environment to live in, the pool and hot tub were an experience, both the children can now swim.
