The Magnolia Tree offers you the opportunity to stay, and relax in a refined atmosphere. 
Situated in the Umbrian countryside, our bed and breakfast can accommodate up to 4 guests where you will be able to enjoy your vacation. 
 
Our 2 bedrooms are bright and cosy and are furnished with English pine furniture, where you will able to sleep without any worries. 
Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, one of the bedrooms is ensuite, while the other has a separate but not shared bathroom only a few feet away from the bedroom.

The Magnolia Tree is ideal for a single night stop, if you are just passing through, or for a longer stay to allow time to explore the magnificent medieval and fortified towns of Foligno, Spello, Assisi, Perugia (Umbrias capital), 
Gubbio, Trevi (home of Olive oil) , Spoleto and Norcia ( famous for Black Truffles and wild board). Not forgetting visiting the local and international wine regions of Bevagna, Montefalco, Orvieto and a visit to Lake Trasimeno.
