Thea Studios in Finikounda Messinia is a seaside summer holiday vacation rental offering self-catering accommodation. At an amphitheatrical plane of 6.000 m² we offer 5 studios, 2 newly built luxury suites and an apartment which is 110 m². All of them are air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen and offer a superb view over the the beach of "Ligonammos" which is only 100 meters away from Thea Studios.

The Property
Our newly built Suites have a fully equipped kitchen, TV and a balcony where you can take a seat and admire the natural beauty and inspiring views all around us. Both of the Suites has a privately-owned car park, residences with big balconies, wonderful view and it is fully equipped. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. All cleaning equipments are provided and suite is delivered clean. The first suite is 70 m² and is divided in two separate spaces, the bedroom and the living room. The second suite is 50 m², with a large combined space of equal aesthetics, practicality and quality to the first suite.Suites are situated in a very quiet area and are just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. Also the large garden is ideal for spending some relaxing moments in during the day. That’s why it is considered one of the most outstanding accommodations in the whole area.
