The Property
Villa Serenity Palace was named after the surrounding area and its lovely, peaceful scenery. It’s the ‘shiny star’ of our luxury group of villas and is built in 2 levels, it was designed and decorated by a well known local interior designer and provides all modern amenities and comforts. In fact every corner of this villa has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind to ensure you a pleasurable and relaxed stay.
GROUND FLOOR:1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living & dining area.
UPPER LEVEL:2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Daily maid service. Linen changed twice a week.
The wonderful stone paved terrace has comfortable bamboo seating (with cushions), sun beds, shaded dining areas with a large wooden and marble table, a beautiful swimming pool witch is surrounded by exotic flowers perfect for coolness and relaxation.
The road leading to the villa is bordered by 500 year old olive trees
(a must see-don’t forget your camera - scenic road).
Only 2 km from Tsilivi beach and 2 km from the heart of Zakynthos town, the area is secluded enough to offer a quiet, scenic stay, but close enough to town and the beach at Tsilivi to ensure a holiday with something for everyone.

Ground floor:You enter the Villa where there is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. It has A/C and heating units with individual remote controls also large thermo glass windows with security shutters and large wall closets
Upper level:2 luxurious bedrooms and a marble bathroom with slanted -amazing looking- wooden beamed ceilings. One bedroom with queen size bed and one with twin beds.The master bedroom has a large veranda with panoramic views and a large wall closet closet.The large second bedroom has 2 twin beds and beautiful window views.

Fly with charter flights to Zakynthos from London & UK regional airports from 1st May to 31st October.
Charter Carriers: Avro, Excel, First Choice, Freedom Flights, & Thompson.

Alternatively take a schedule flight to Athens: www.easyjet.com www.ba.com www.olympicairlines.com
Then take the daily 45 min flight on to Zakynthos with Olympic Airlines.
Alternatively, (and cheaper than the flight), a regular coach/ferry service runs from Athens Bus Terminal to Zakynthos Town. Local buses run frequently between Athens airport and the Athens Bus Terminal.
