Its strategic location on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, makes it the perfect starting point for art or gourmet tours , and to reach the most interesting sites in Tuscany and Umbria, such as Chiusi, Cetona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Cortona ,Castiglione del Lago, Perugia, Assisi, Città della Pieve, Orvieto and others, as well as the wonderful areas of Trasimeno, Valdichiana and Val d’Orcia. A stop in the spa of San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano and Bagno Vignoni will complete your staying. The villa is made up of two floors and is composed by three cosy apartments that can be rented separately or as a complex. The garden and the outside space are equipped with chairs, tables, a gazebo and a solarium where you can read, admire the beautiful landscape with a stunning view of Chiusi Lake, or simply relax and enjoy your time. Besides, this villa is also an Art Residence, since it's possible to admire a permanent exhibition of sculptures and to attend courses about clay modelling. 
 
This spacious apartment is located on the first floor; it's made up of two double bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and the other one with twin beds), one bathroom, a large living room with kitchenette and has its own porch where it's possible to admire the breathtaking sunsets on the lake of Chiusi.
