GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTING:

The present renting is made in the ordinary conditions and of matter right similar and in particular with those hereafter that the taker obliges to carry out, under penalty of all damages and even of cancellations of present, however good seems to the agent and without being able to claim the reduction in the rent.

The hours of arrival are normally envisaged Saturdays afternoon starting from 4pm.

The times of departure are normally envisaged Saturdays morning to 10am.

Cancellation Policy: It is agreed that in the event of assistance: - of the tenant:

in more than one month before the effective date of the lease, the tenant loses the paid installment,

in less than one month before the effective date of the lease, the tenant will pour moreover the difference between the installment and the equivalent of thetotal rent, as penalty clause.

of the financial backer: - in the seven days following assistance, it is held topour the double of the installment to the tenant. If a delay of more than four days compared to the date ofarrival envisaged were not announced speaks taking, the financial backer will be able of right good, to tryto relet housing while preserving faculty to be turned over against the preneur.

Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

1) the payment on the account can be done by bank check with the order of Valverda or by bank transfer.

2) Obligation to occupy the places personally, to live them “as a good father of family” and to maintain them. All the installations are in operating state and any complaint with regard to them occurring more than 24 H after the entry in pleasure of the places, could not be allowed. The repairs made necessary by the negligence or bad maintenance in the course of hiring, will be the responsibility of the taker. Obligation to take care that the peace of the vicinity is not disturbed by the fact of the taker or his family.

3) The buildings are rented furnished with material with kitchen, crockery, glass making, covers and pillows, such as they are in the descriptive state herewith. If it is necessary, the owner or hisrepresentative will have the right to claim with the taker with his departure, the price of the cleaning of the rented buildings, the total value at the price of replacement of the objects, furniture or materials broken, cracked, notched or deteriorated and those whose wear would exceed the normal for the duration of the hiring, the price of cleaning of the covers made dirty, an allowance for deterioration of any nature concerning the curtains,panes, bed linen, etc

4) The taker commits himself insuring himself against the tenant's risks (fire, damage of water). The defect of insurance, in the event of disaster, will give place to damage and interests.

5) The financial backer is committed ensuring housing against the tenant's risks on behalf of the tenant, this last having the obligation to announce to him, in the 24 H, any disaster which has occurred in housing, its dependence or accessories.
