This is a spacious family villa with heated swimming pool located on the edge of a quiet suburb close to orange groves. Just off highway 192 it is close to Disney (15 mins),golf courses and many local shops and restaurants. It is 30 mins from Orlando International Airport

The Property
Our guests tell us that this is a comfy quiet relaxing place to stay, but it is close to all you need for those who like to get out and about.
Our professionally managed, air-conditioned, family home has a central lounge area with comfy sofas and kitchen and dining areas an easy step away. Looking out of the patio doors, you can see the pool and outside lounge area with table chairs and loungers. The pool area faces west so you have the sun there in the evenings. Also off the lounge are the bedrooms. The master bedroom with super-king size bed has an en-suite shower, bath and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is also en-suite with king-size bed. Bedrooms three and four share the bathroom. This is a single storey villa, all accommodation is at ground level.
After a hard day at the theme parks you will appreciate the relaxing, quiet and restful home we have for you.

There are televisions in the lounge and both en-suite bedrooms.
*** Our villa is on the edge of a pleasant development. It is one mile from a WalMart superstore which has all your shopping needs and is open 24 hrs a day. This is right on the main route to Disney which is 8 miles away. On the Disney campus there are the four theme parks, water parks and Disney Marketplace for all things Disney related you might wish to buy. There are many different restaurants within 5 minutes drive of the villa. Within 20 minutes drive there are other superstores and shopping malls. Slightly further away are Universal Studios, and Sea World just off International Drive which has a wide variety of shops malls restaurants and other attractions.
When you have done a days worth of all of this you will be pleased to get back to the peace and quiet of our lovely villa!
