Fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room dishwasher, microwave. Shower room/WC, washing machine. 3 Bedrooms Bathroom/WC en-suite with both double bedrooms. Own patio with garden dining furniture and sun loungers. Shared use of the garden with 10 x 5 m swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Private garden adjacent to the main house. arranged on the ground floor : Large lounge/dinning room, inglenook with and double sofa bed. Fully fitted kitchen 1 double bed, 1 twin bed and bathroom ( bath/ shower). The garden is enclosed by a high laurel hedge with a private swimming pool (7 metres x 4 metres), swings, barbeque, lawn and ample trees for shade. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided.
