Lotus Court is an Executive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool & spa located a mere 1.5 miles south west of Disney Maingate! The villa can sleep upto 6 people +1 babyand has two double rooms and one themed Disney High School Musical twin room. A travel cot is also available. It has the luxury of its own private pool with spa/jucuzzi (heating available) which is not overlooked. A no-smoking policy is in place in the home.

The Property

As you enter our villa you arrive in the formal living room area. An elegant combination of a dining room and central living room that has a sofa bed, and two-seater chair. The entertainment unit includes a colour tv, VCR, and a DVD Player. There is also a custom stereo system that delivers music to all corners of the villa, even to the pool deck.  
 
The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom comprising a tub. A king size bed, television, VCR are also in this bedroom. A private exitdoor leads from the ensuite bathroom to the pool deck.  
 
Bedroom two/three are to the right of the living room. These two rooms are also very private. Bedroom two has a queen bed with television. Bedroom three has twin beds with television and VCR. A private sliding door leads bedroom two to the pool.  
 
Between these bedrooms is a 2nd bathroom which comprises a bath with shower, hand basin and toilet.  
 
To the left of the family room is a tasteful kitchen, with modern appliances. The kitchen nook is ideal for enjoying a light breakfast or even a midnight snack. Should you wish to dine indoors you can use our formal dining room.  
 
The pool area is unique and private. The back wall of the estate brings you some extra privacy. Positioned with a south east exposure you get superb morning and early afternoon light on the pool deck. Just as the heat of the afternoon arrives you can enjoy your afternoon swim as the sun sets towards the west. The mini spa is best suited for one but the extra pump controls cause this spa to literally massage every bone in your body. A very large lanai is what protects you from the elements on those very warm afternoons. Stereo speakers can bring you endless hours of music as you relax in any of the luxurious lounge chairs. An outside shower is also available, for showering off before entering the property. A child safety screen has now been installed by the side of the pool. On a clear night the fireworks from Epcot can be seen in the distance.

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required at time of booking

Refundable security deposit of £200/ at time of payment of balance  
Pool heat available at £90 per week - Heating is recommended between the months of October and April as pool temperatures generally fall below 75F.  
Cancellation charges apply. These are available upon request.
