You can walk through your own back gate and tee off onto the 17th fairway, or take a ten minute walk across the golf course to your own private residents beach. Relax under the almond trees and enjoy the tranquility of a turquoise blue sea and white sands. 
 
The pool has been relined with diamond brite and fitted with a new autopilot puriying system - so no more choline folks!! The pool is now environmentally friendly!! We also have a removable creche fitting that attaches around the pool for families with small children!! 
 
Tastefully decorated with exotic tropical plants and orchids, and having recently been refurbished throughout, the villa is detached and offers four-bedroom luxury five star living accommodation.  
 
All the bedrooms have their own adjoining luxury en-suite dressing room and onyx bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, high speed wireless internet and 32 inch LCD televisions offering up to 300 channels of Satellite TV, and open out onto the veranda through double tinted glass sliding doors surrounding a beautiful large oval shaped swimming pool  
 
The linen cupboard is fully stocked with bed linen; towels and beach towels.  
 
The kitchen and two wash rooms are equipped to cater for large groups and breakfast and dinner are served on the veranda overlooking the pool

Sevilla Villa is in a prime central position in Runaway Bay on the North Coast of Jamaica 25 minutes drive from Ocho Rios and one hour from Montego Bay airport.  
 
The villa overlooks Runaway Bay Golf course, this course has hosted many championship events, including the Jamaica Open and the World Cup of Golf Qualifier. Legendary for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean and notoriously fast greens, many have tried, but few have truly conquered this course. Built in 1960 by British Naval Commander J. Harris, Par 72; 6,870 yards, slope rating of 124.  
 
Walk through your own back gate a short 5 minute walk across the 17th fairway of the golf course to your own private residents beach. The private beach is lined with magnificent almond trees offering shade from the sun. 
There is a pier for fishing and diving, and a meeting point to liason with the horseman to go riding  
The resident’s beach is next to Breezes Hotel offering a whole range of water sports activities.  
 
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance to the villa including Flavors by the beach and many more beautiful restaurants such as The Ruins and the famous Evita's in Ocho Rios.  
Attractions within easy reach of the villa include Dolphin Cove where you can swim with dolphins, climbing a water fall at Dunn's River, a visit to the Bob Marley Mausoleum and The green Grotto Caves, 26 miles of underground caves and Rose Hall Great House.
