The Property
Luxury Detached Villa, completed 2008, set in a quiet area of Dalyan with mountain views but within easy reach (10mins stroll) of the town's bank, shops, supermarkets, bars, lovely restaurants and all other amenities.
Villa Jasville which sleeps 6, is fully air-conditioned and has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a third bathroom for anyone using the sofa-beds in the lounge. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with seating for six and has TV, DVD, MP3 CD/Radio, PS2 and MP3 speakers.
The dining room with large table, 6 leather chairs and display cabinet is between the lounge and the modern, fully equipped kitchen.
There are patio doors leading from the lounge and the double bedroom to the large wrap round terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. Steps lead down to the stone-paved patio area around the kidney shaped pool and child/splash pool (54 sq mtrs approx. total area). The patio has padded sunloungers, small tables and parasols. There is also an outside fresh water shower close to the pool. A separate baebeque area has been constructed with built in BBQ, great for cooking the fresh fish that is readily available in town. In one corner of the garden you will find a hammock where you can relax looking out to the mountains.
The garden has lemon, orange and mardarine trees together with flowering shrubs.
You will also find a collection of books, dvds, cds, and games to keep you occupied.

Double bedroom which is bright and spacious has patio doors leading out onto the wrap round terrace. Bedside tables,lamps and a radio clock alarm are provided, there is even a hairdryer and straightners. Large built in wardrobes provide ample storage.
Twin room has two full size single beds,bedside table with lamp and radio clock alarm and hairdryer. Built in wardrobes provide ample clothes storage.
The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed to accommodate a further 2 guests.
All linens, pillows and blankets are provided.

The villa has 3 bathrooms, therefore if there are 6 guests each room has its own private en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms are fully tiled with glass shower cubicles, wc and wash hand basins. The main bathroom and the master bedroom en-suite have vanity units to provide further storage.

*** Villa Jasville is situated in a quiet and pretty residential area just 10mins gentle stroll from Dalyan town centre and close to all amenities. Idylically situated on the Mediterranean Coast in South West Turkey.
The Resort
Dalyan is 30km from Dalaman International Airport, (30 mins by road). Transfers available £20 each way. Direct flights to Dalaman operate all year round.
Wildlife and Historical Interest
Dalyan is set in a conservation area and has much to offer the visitor by way of natural beauty and historical interest. The ancient city of Kaunos lies here with ruins dating back to the 3rd Century. The Dalyan River flows past the town between the Mediterranean and Koycegiz Lake. It winds its way down past ancient Lycian Rock Tombs to the sea, via a small network of lakes and waterways. The river delta and lake are home to a vast number of fish and other water life, as well as many bird species.
Entertainment
Whether you are seeking beach relaxation, family fun or action-packed days out enjoying southern Turkey's spectacular climate, Dalyan has it all. For the restless, you can choose from scuba diving, deep sea fishing, white water rafting, paragliding, trekking and mountain biking. Families staying at Dalyan can take boat trips from Dalyan Harbour out around the coast, or to the 4 kilometre long white sand beach just around the corner. Of particular interest are the protected loggerhead turtles that nest here. Excellent day trips are available to book including jeep safaris into the valley, visits to mosques and traditional Turkish homes, swimming in the lake, and ascents into the area's higher peaks. Neighbouring resorts Dalis, Gocek, Icmeler, Kalkan, Kas, Marmaris and Fethiye also make great day trips from Dalyan. Romantic evening strolls around the harbour are a must, followed by a meal of locally caught seafood or the speciality spicy lamb and cracked wheat. Dalyan also boasts some excellent restaurants and bars along its riverfront.

The following rates are per week and for exclusive use of Villa Jasville, its' 2 private pools, and garden. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please note that the pools are not available November - March.
The rates are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, air-conditioning, all linens and towels including towels for use at the beach. We also provide a basic welcome pack. The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and again midway through a 14 day holiday when bathroom towels and linens are changed and the villa is cleaned. There are daily visits by the pool engineer / gardener to maintain the pools and garden.
The services of our friendly English speaking manager, for advice or local information are also included. Ahmet is a great source of local information and is always on hand.
Our normal rental period is one week and we can cater for your arrival on any day of the week; short breaks can also be accommodated where possible. If your exact date is not free, please still email us as some of the days are changeover days.
Our rental charges are payable in pounds sterling.
To secure your booking we require a deposit of 10%.
We do not take a breakages deposit, all we ask is that if any item is broken that it is replaced on a like for like basis.
We can also arrange a transfer from Dalaman airport for you. Please ask if you are interested in this option and we can let you know the price.
A villa holiday in Dalyan gives you the choice of spending your days relaxing in the villa garden, sunbathing or swimming in your own private pool or exploring the local area. Many histroical sights are close by as are many different types of outdoor activities.
Dalyan has many bars, restaurants and cafes which cater for all tastes or you can simply shop and stroll around the pedestrian streets of the town enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.
