Two steps lead up between flower borders to the front door which opens to a reception room which can be used as an extra bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, three steps lead into the beamed lounge which has a stone fireplace with gas fire, comfortable seating for 5, SKY DIGITAL 28 inch wide screen TV. DVD player. stereo and CD player this room has a large window with lovely views across the bay.
Through the lounge is a well equipped kitchen with useful larder storage, a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fitted oven / hob.

To the rear is a large enclosed lawned garden with covered fish pond and barbeque area also with great sea views.
The village has a pub, tea rooms, restaurants, post office and general store.
The cottage with private off road parking is well situated for walkers with local footpaths to Black Head, Lowland Point and the rugged cliffs of the Lizard close by. Changeover day is Sunday to help avoid the Saturday heavy traffic.
