Villa Bayram is set on a quiet country lane about 8 minutes walk away from Dalyan centre. This luxurious and spacious private villa is built with special stone imported from Cappodocia, which keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter. The open views of the nearby mountains are especially stunning in the evening when the sun sets, and the three balconies and terrace area are perfect to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and views. The large open plan ground floor has a well equipped lounge with TV, DVD, music centre, Xbox and games. There is a family dining area, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge freezer, full oven and microwave) and a traditional feature fireplace for the cooler months. The lounge opens onto a lovely large terrace with built in barbecue, wooden table and chairs for al fresco eating. This overlooks the swimming pool with marble surround, sunloungers and umbrellas and a separate children's pool with inbuilt Jacuzzi. The extensive gardens are lawned and planted with exotic fruit and trees, creating a private haven. 
This luxury villa is fully air conditioned throughout and decorated and furnished to very high standards.  
Beach towels and inflatables for the pool are included and there are also plenty of games and toys for kids and a massive selection of books and DVD films for all ages. 
There are four bedrooms, 2 double en suites and two twins, plus extra single beds and a child's cot. With children's safety in mind, one of the twin rooms has no balcony, but the other rooms all have balconies with fabulous views overthe pool and mountains. 
The master bedroom has its own TV/DVD and Hifi system as well. All rooms have plenty of storage space.
