For small children we provide the basics including pushchair, car seat, bath, changing mat, microwave sterilizer, high chair, cot and travel cot to use by the pool. We also have two small beds for infants which can be put into the doulble rooms if necessary.
There are a couple of bikes which can be borrowed.
There is a custom built gymnasium for adult use.
Nina is a qualified reflexologist offering reflexology and back & neck massage.

Pont Jalbert, La Fouillade is 6km from Najac, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Other close-by bastide towns include Belcastel, Conques, Sauveterre de Rouergue and Cordes-sur-Ciel all of which offer great days out.
This area features the Tour de France so the cycling is challenging - keen cyclists can even follow a leg of the route so a good bike is a good idea.
The walking is just wonderful. There are miles and miles of marked footpaths, great underfoot and in beautiful countryside. River swimming is fabulous in summer.
There is an outdoor centre in both Najac and Villefranche de Rouergue offering kayaking, horse riding and trekking, mountain biking and group walking amongst other activities.
For astonomers the night skies here are breathtaking. There is no light pollution so, if you are keen, do bring binoculars and/or a telescope.
There are several golf courses in the region including the championship course at Albi which is 50 minutes away.
There are restaurants of all types, markets and lovely old towns to visit.
The Gaillac and Marcillac wine regions are very close by and well worth a visit.
