To the south, Cognac and the city of Saintes are both about a 30 minute drive. The coastline of the Charente-Maritime is ideal for lazy days at the beach.

All gites have private tiled patio's with tables, chairs, lounger's and a gas BBQ. Indulge yourselves, feast on the local oysters, moules and langoustines whilst sampling the local wines. 
 
With an acre of lawn to play games on complete with play area, swings, slide, climbing frame and a play house, your children will soon be making new friends.  
 
2 heated pools totalling 120 square metres Under water lights make late night swims a must, and for the younger children our toddler pool is only 40 cm deep. We also now have a gym for your use. 
 
The traffic free roads and lanes around Gibourne are perfect for a quiet stroll or bike ride. For the fisherman the rivers and coast are excellent. There are so many things for you to do, from boating, horse riding, golfing wine tasting and adventure parks to just soaking up the sun.
