This 2 level apartment, with 3 rooms and marvellous views, occupies 90 m² -At the ground floor: spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, electric fire and oven,fireplace, TV sat, double sofabed, dining table for 6, washing-machine.
On the first floor: 1 large queen bed and 1 twin bed, convertible into double; 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Single heating with counter. Linens, towels, swimming pool towels and tables cloche are furnished. Cot and highchairs for babies, iron and hair dryer, wireless internet by request. It has its own private outdoor sitting area with sunshade. In the environments a refined and welcoming atmosphere in the indigo tonalities. It sleeps 4+2.

Rates quoted are for the number of guests accommodated in beds. The charge for each additional guest accommodated on a sofa/divan is euro 15 per/day.
The weekly rates are inclusive of power, gas, firewood and weekly cleaning, linen including pool towels, cots and highchairs and use of the mountain bikes. Central heating when required is calculated based on consumption.
Rentals in high season are Saturday to Saturday with more flexibility in the less busy months also for stays of fewer than 7 nights.

The villa’s accommodations consist of 2 suggestive reception rooms and 5 refined self-catering vacation-accommodations, of different sizes and typology, with excellent facilities. The whole holiday house inside a very large beautifully maintained equipped gardens (20.000 mq) with the panoramic 15X7 swimming pool (open from 15/05/2010 to 25/09/2010).
