Location Description

*** Within walking distance to Restaurants, Health Spa, Ice Cream Parlour, Local Food Shop (English), Bus Station, Market. Near to the Mar Menor beaches. 
 
 
Located near clean safe blue flag beaches and a lovely promenade with walks leading to the reserve and marina near the salt lakes (there are a couple of restaurants on site to try) this is ideal for bird watching. San Pedro is a traditional Spanish Town with a marina, several bars and restaurants. The water of the Mar Menor are shallow and warmer than the sea so are therefore ideal for children (there are also play areas on the beach). There are different types of water sports offered. In the opposite direction are the villages of Pilar and Torre. Both villages have several very nice bars and restaurants. Dos Mares shopping complex is only a ten minute drive and offers a large supermarket, cinema, bowling, cafes, bars and clothes shops. It is ideally situated in tranquil surrounding yet all the amenities needed are close by.  
 
15 minutes drive from Murcia airport just off the main motorway. 
 
Perfect for a relaxing holiday, nice quiet settings with lots to see and do.

Deposits: Please telephone or email for availability. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. A seperate £50 security deposit is required with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure date. There are discounts offered for last minute bookings or long-term rentals.  
Towels / Linen / Cleaning: Towels and linen are provided. Towels are changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels are not provided. Cleaning charge of 50€ is payable upon arrival (this covers cleaning, welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread and being met upon arrival by English speaking person).

Amigos Bar / Cafe  :5 minute walk from the apartment. Friendly cafe bar with snooker table. Shows live football (Sky) and has entertainment most nights. Variety of food and drink. 
 
Ice Cream Parlor :2 minute walk from the apartment. Spanish Ice Cream Parlor serves a variety of different ice-creams, tea and coffee. Pool Table 
 
Play Areas:2 minute walk from the apartment.New, clean play areas are everywhere. Starting just opposite the apartment complex, they are dotted around all the way down to the beach.  
 
Thalasia Health Spa and La Sal Restaurant :5 minute walk from the apartment. See individual pages for more information. There is a price list for the Health Spa in the apartment 
 
 
Bike Hire: within walking distance to the apartment. Just on the main road/walkway opposite the salt lakes there is a bycle hire shop. Hire a bike for the day and cycle through the salt lake nature reserve (across the road from the apartment) 
   
 
Beaches and the Coast :within walking distance to the apartment. The lovely blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor.
