Set in the heart of the country with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. An ideal property for those large family gatherings, parties and organised holidays. Located within easy reach of many historical sites and the renowned 500 acres of man made lakes with beaches. There are many activities in the area and with the quiet leafy lanes it is ideal for walking and cycling. The nearby rivers provide excellent kayaking. There are some excellent golf courses in the area and complete golf packages can be provided. We provide in house catering if required for that special meal.The gite can be rented mid and low season for weekend breaks an inclusive price for breakfast and 4 course evening meal can be given. Ideal for family and friends short breaks for special celebrations.

There are 9 ensuite bedrooms 4 seperate living areas 2 with large seperate lounges and dining rooms. There are 3 TVs with satelitte TV and DVD players. 4 kitchens 2 of which have dishwashers. All bed linen and towels including pool towels are provided.
There is a heated pool with stunning views and an outside kitchen area with cooker sink and fridge. There is a barbeque area and toilet and shower facilities.

The property is located between the historic towns of Rochechouart and St Junien. Set in the heart of the country side there is easy access to the many man made lakes in the area. Limoges is just 25 mins away and is renowned worldwide for its pottery.
There are many historical sites and medieval churches to visit.
For the younger family members Futurescope is just over an hour away and the water park at Angouleme is 45 mins. There is an excellent zoo plus activity centres in Limoges.
With 2 towns close by there is plenty of shopping facilities plus restaurants.
The small surrounding villages just 2kms away have local shops such as bread, butchers, chemist, bank, and small supermarket
