Tastefully renovated apartment in ancient Florentine building! 
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is therefore perfect for families or group of friends. There are one comfortable double room and another with two separated beds. The bright double bedroom is very warm with its yellow walls and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are wooden floors in all of the bedrooms as well as in the spacious and warm living room. The second bathroom has a glass shower and is very colorful due to the modern red mosaic walls. 
At the first floor of an ancient Florentine building, the apartment has been stylishly renovated in 2005. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, kitchen utensils and a table with chairs to have your lunch or dinner in the apartment. Also at your disposal are a hairdryer and iron with iron board, washing machine, dishwasher, individual heating and TV. 
 
The location of the apartment is perfect: the San Frediano district in Florence is in the city center and in walking distance of all the important tourist attractions, but at the same time is not crowded with too many tourists. And the district itself has some interesting history as well. The name of the city part comes from the lonely Porta San Frediano, one of the old city gates left in place when the walls were demolished in the 19th century. The unadorned brick walls of the Chiesa di San Frediano in Cestello, whose incomplete façade hides a restrained version of a baroque interior, catches your eyes before you reach the San Frediano gate.  
 
In the area there are several shops and restaurants and the famous Santa Maria Novella church is just on the other side of the river Arno, only few minutes form the San Frediano apartment. Many of the city's sights and attractions are within easy reach, making the flat an ideal base for a sightseeing holiday.
