The Property
Flat on the first floor of a two-storey house, located on the banks of Lake Maggiore Piedmont. The accommodation has a fantastic view of the lake, the front with two balconies is sunny while the rear, with large terrace, enjoys shade and coolness, including the bedroom. At about 500 metres you reach the country with shops, public services and beaches. The square below the house is available for the parking machine. The apartment includes a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully furnished with wooden furniture conditioned and is new. It has two balconies and a large terrace, all with lake view.

Meina is a charming resort and resort overlooking Lake Maggiore and repaired by the natural background of lush hills. Very interesting the oldest in the country which, starting from square S. Carlo, crosses and selciate narrow streets lined with old buildings in inner courtyard. Other pleasant route is along the coast road Simplon, from which you can admire beautiful nineteenth villas with magnificent parks. Among these it is worth dwelling on Villa Faraggiana, considered the most famous for its artistic and architectural merits. More than seventy hectares of park surrounding host trees such as linden, beech and cedars of Lebanon. Beaches equipped, bars and restaurants make Meina an excellent tourist destination.
