Privately owned luxury villa operating as a Guest House and providing B & B accommodation, Villa Florencia is only 1km from the famous Gandia Crag (Penja Roja) in Marxuquera Alta. 
 
Situated in a beautiful rural mountain location, yet close to the vibrant town of Gandia, and conveniently located for access to the airports at Valencia (45 mins) and Alicante (75 mins), Villa Florencia makes an ideal base for easy access to the other climbing sites on the Costa Blanca and for exploring the whole of the Valencia region. 
 
Located just below Mount Montduver (841m) and facing Mount Falconera, this is an area of pine covered mountains and orange groves, enjoying a mild climate all year round. There is good walking to be had on Mount Montduver itself and further up into the mountains, both for those who are dedicated walkers and those who prefer a scenic stroll. 
 
Accommodation is provided in en-suite rooms with air conditioning (3 twins & 2 doubles). There are welcoming public areas and a well stocked bar, as well as a beautiful swimming pool with extensive sun terraces for those days of relaxation. 
 
A generous Continental breakfast is included in our rates, and packed lunches can be provided upon request. An evening meal service is also available and we are within a short drive to a number of local restaurants and bars.
