There are 3 Beach areas in the resort of Altinkum We are situated near the 1st Beach
Altinkum means 'Golden Sands' and with its beautiful beaches which gently shelve into the inviting turquoise blue Aegean sea. The beaches are ideal for children and non-swimmers as the waters are shallow and clear. There are plenty of water sports available at a reasonable price.
1st Beach - Known as Tuntas beach this is the closest to you it has a great atmosphere with beach side bars who will serve your drinks – This area nearest is where most of the Hotels are located. The nearest shops bars, restaurants are only a short stroll from the apartment. This area has 2 nightclubs (One the famous Mudussa).
For those that prefer peace and quite a stroll to the left of the duplex offers secluded beaches, one called lizard beach look out for a man made sign. (Not many tourists venture to this side of the beach.)but well worth it.
THE LOCATION OF THIS DUPLEX IS FANTASTIC - NO NEED FOR TAXI'S, DUPLEX APARTMENT IS NOT CLUSTERED LIKE SOME AND IS NOT IN BUILT UP AREA, NICE AND BRIGHT IDEAL FOR ALL OCCASIONS PLENTY TO DO

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
Bond required of £200.00.
Early booking - book over 12 months in advance - 5% discount on the weekly rates.
For Christmas and New Year Week please call as prices differ from above.
After your stay
You will be refund back the bond less the cleaning charge of £35.00 thus you will recieve £165 providing there are no damages once checked against itinary.
We provide an indepth brochure with every booking. Allowing you to feel at home from the moment you reach the apartment. There is plenty of advise - we are also available at any point throughout your stay.
