The apartment is situated on the first floor of the barn, above the baking oven and guests can reach it with a small staircase. It is composed by lovely living room area decorated in soft ivory colors. with a full size sofa bed, a small kitchen and two bedrooms with two bathrooms one of which has an intersting sink counter made from the bottle of a wine barrel.

Our farm is in Tuscany near Greve in Chianti, which is about 25 Km (15 miles) from Florence and approximately 30 Km (18 miles) from Siena 
This year, we can offer our guests four completely restored apartments.Two of them are in the former storehouse: one, “la Cantina” is on the ground floor and the other, “il Forno” is above the former baking area, both with lovely views of the vineyard. A third apartment, “la Capanna” is in what was once a small cottage and is completely separate from the others. 
At last """"la Piazzetta"""", a two floors apartment that belongs to the main building. 
 
All the apartments are very well maintained and elegantly appointed. They combine modern conveniences with furnishings typical of rural Tuscany to ensure a relaxing and enchanting vacation.

At booking time, 30% NOT-REFUNDABLE down payment phoning your credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) or through international money transfer (You can ask for bank's references by email). 
At check-in, 70% final payment with credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash. 
 
Security deposit: 
 
Guests are responsible for the accommodation furniture during their stay, therefore, a security deposit of € 250,00 is required at check-in time (only cash). It will be returned at check-out after an accurate check of the accommodation. In case of damage(s), management is authorised to keep the deposit.

Our farm is in Tuscany near Greve in Chianti, which is about 25 Km (15 miles) from Florence and approximately 30 Km (18 miles) from Siena. 
 
To get here there are two possible routes: 
 
    * Coming from the North (autostrada A1): at the Firenze Certosa exit, take the four lane highway (the Raccordo) to Siena, then take the first exit for S. Casciano (San Casciano in Val di Pesa) and follow the signs for S. Casciano. When you get to the town, continue through the town and turn left for Mercatale (in Val di Pesa). After the town, you get to Quattro Strade and from there you continue in the direction of Valigondoli-Panzano. After about 6 Km (3.6 miles) there's an intersection. Take the road to Greve and go for about 700m (a little less than half a mile). Our farm is on the right at the top of a steep drive. 
 
    * Coming from the South (autostrada A1) : at the Firenze Sud exit, take state highway 222 for Grassina e Greve. Just after the first house in Greve turn right for Montefioralle, go through the town and continue on the paved road for about 2 Km (1.2 miles). When you get toward the top of the hill our farm is on your left.

The property includes a cluster of four houses that once served as a stopping place on the ancient salt road (there's still a trace of the road in the path which goes by the pool) as well as approximately 10 hectares (20 acres) of land, including four hectares of vineyards, an olive grove, a stand of cypress trees, meadow and woods. When we bought the farm in 1994, it was semi abandoned and the buildings were in terrible disrepair. Since then we have dedicated ourselves to restoring them as closely as possible to their original form, using only local and environmentally compatible materials and personally supervising every phase of the restoration down to the last details 
We have now finished restoring three of the four buildings of the original settlement: we live in the largest where we have obtained also an apartment for our guests furthermore we've made two apartments out of the second, the former storehouse. The third, once a barn, we've converted into another apartment. We added also a large swimming pool to the complex.
