The Property
Villa Marandtaz is a stunning three storey, four bedroomed villa and is able to sleep upto eight people in comfort. The villa has been tastefully & luxuriously furnished to create a modern environment with true home from home comforts, with spectacular un-obsructed views of the taurus mountain range & river.
The large lounge/dining room capable of seating eight people is fully equiped with satilite tv, dvd & karaoke players with a selection of discs. The fully modern kitchen is equiped to the highest standards with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washer,iron & ironing board, ice cold water machine & all the usual kitchen equipment you would expect to find in the home. A first aid kit, hair dryers, straightening irons are also provided for guest convenience. A safe has also been installed for those valuable items.
There are four very large bedrooms furnished with luxurious bed linens & modern furniture. There are two shower rooms & a downstairs wc with wash basin, the villa boasts full air-con & ceiling fans in each room. All windows & doors are also fitted with mosquito screens.
Villa Marandtaz is surrounded by beautiful walled gardens, planted with shrubs, fruit trees & flowers. The large private patio at the rear, equiped with a double pit BBQ for that alfresco dining, with parasol, table & chairs able to seat eight people & also cushioned sun loungers. The front patio also has our very own putting green (for all you budding Tiger Woods). Golf clubs, Mountain bikes & fishing equipment are provided for guest convenience.
The Rose Garden swimming pools are large & very well maintained, just a few doors up from Villa Marandtaz, perfect to lazy away those sunny days. Set in tropical walled gardens surrounded with flowers, shrubs & palm trees.

A blend of historical sites,sun kissed beaches and world class golf courses, a host of friendly Turkish people makes Belek warm & charming, with its beauty of the sea, mountains, its carefully planned golf courses & its rich history.The golf courses are 5 mins from Villa Marandtaz, the Nick Faldo Cornelia course being at the top of the road. Antalya Airport is just 25 mins away & makes the villa an ideal location.
Villa Marandtaz stands on the Rose Garden Community, a well established family community & boasts a large swimming pool & childrens pool, the people that reside on Rose Garden are some of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet & will be only too happy to make you feel welcome.
Nothing is very far away from Villa Marandtaz, there is a shop & local bar at the community entrance for those every day items bread, milk, beer, newspapers (2 minutes walk). Just a little further up the road there is a superb English Bar serving an extensive menu, including English breakfast, lunch & dinner, live entertainment & karaoke in the evenings.
For those more up-tempo evenings, Belek town centre is 5 mins away. In Belek you will find bars, restaurants, modern up-market cafe bars and of course those all important shops (which there are plenty of).
The trailer bus will take you to the beach (free of charge) 5 mins away, were you will find turquoise sea & exceptionally clean sand. The beach bars & restaurants are superb, relax on their luxurious sun loungers. If you get up early, you may be lucky enough to see the protected Caretta-Caretta Turtles hatch & make their way to the sea.
Villa Marandtaz is situated in an enviable location as Belek is Turkeys golf capital & attracts players from all over europe, simply a golfers paradise. With 12 magnificent golf courses within 5 mins of Villa Marandtaz, the last 2 opened were designed by Nick Faldo & Colin Montgomerie.

Infants under 2 years of age do not count in the maximum people ( free of charge), a travel cot is available.

We can of course arrange private airport transfers to and from Antalya airport in a fully air-conditioned mini-bus seating upto 9 people at very competative prices, or if you prefer to explore this beautiful region and all it has to offer care hire can be arranged for around £20 per day.
To ensure you have a stress free holiday our on-site property managers are available to contact 24 hours per day, they also have extensive local knowledge should you require any information. The activities in the surrounding areas are endless from white water rafting, jeep safaris, horse riding, water sports, boat trips, historical site trips all bookable from Villa Marandtaz, all the information supplied in our extentive guest manual.

Thankyou for a fantastic holiday, Villa Marandtaz is a credit to you both. From the minute we walked in we knew we had made the right choice. With the comfort factor & location we could not of asked for more.The putting green you have in the garden has got this family addicted to golf (we never bothered before)it was the first thing any of us did in the morning when we got up (watch out tiger woods). We are usually hotel people but after staying in your beautiful villa we have both agreed our hotel days are finished. Super villa, equiped with every extra plus more besides, spotless clean, beds super fresh, you have certainly done your home work on what people require. The location being so close to the golf courses, beach & Belek centre make the villa ideal. My husband said the golf courses are some of the best he has played, the Nick Faldo Cornelia being his favorite. Thanks for a great holiday cant wait to book again.

The Rose Garden Community that your villa is situated on certainly lives upto its discription & then Villa Marandtaz just puts the icing on the cake. The people are the most friendly we have met in a long time, we even had some of your neighbours invite us to their BBQ'S. The swimming pool is very large & very well maintained set in lovely tropical gardens (heaven). The English bar (just up the road) became our favorite haunt with good cheap meals and brill entertainment. There are some lovely shops & restaurants in Belek town centre (5 minutes by bus)which we enjoyed very much. Beautiful villa furnished & equiped beyond our expectations, the local town Belek is certainly quaint with some super bars, restaurants & shops, the traders are friendly without being pushy, which was a surprise after holidaying in other parts of turkey we will be booking again next year Thankyou.
