Preferred charging currency is Euro.
Prices start at 10€ per person per night with a minimum charge of 40€ for 4 people and then 10€ per person per night. Between Easter and the second week in September there is a small increase.
Accommodation Facilities:
Please contact us with dates required and number in party. The house is let as a whole to one family or a group of friends with a maximum of seven in a party. We can only accept one party at a time.
Deposit:
A 100 Euro deposit will be required to be received within 7 days of booking. We cannot guarantee accommodation if no deposit is received in this time frame. Full payment in sterling, Euros or English cheque to be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Exchange rate is 1.20€ to £1 Sterling.
Other facilities:
We will meet clients at either Alicante or Murcia airports - without charge to guide them to the Villa.
