Two double sliding doors open on to the terrace, which over looks the garden and beyond the swimming pool.
On the top floor there is a spacious roof terrace for real sun lovers.

The Property
The villa is set on a small complex of six semi-detached villas, arranged on two sides of the shared swimming pool.
It is furnished to a very high standard, 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms,The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people plus a cot. Large living room, modern kitchen area, bathroom & downstairs wc/cloakroom.
Two double sliding doors open on to the terrace, which over looks the garden and beyond, the swimming pool.
On the top floor there is a spacious roof terrace for real sun lovers, a wooden table and chairs, clothes drying area and views in all directions, and external lighting.
Sitting on the patio you have your own barbeque and a wooden table and chairs for six/eight people, where you can enjoy a cool drink or dine as you wish. The patio also has external lighting.
OUTSIDE THE VILLA
There is a shared swimming pool, and the garden is planted with fruit trees and aromatic plants. If you are driving there is room for parking in the complex car park, a few yards from the villa.
The surrounding area has Orange and Lemon Groves which makes the short walk to the beach very pleasant.
THE AREA
The villa is centrally located approximately 5/10 minutes walk to the beach and the centre of Kadikalessi. The restaurants, bars, mosque and shops are just a short distance away in the 18th century village of Kadikalessi.
There is a dolmus bus that runs regularly into all the local Villages including Gumusluk renowned for it's fish restaurants. There is also a taxi rank nearby in the village. Turgutreis 10 minutes by bus/car where you will find many restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The recently built multimillion pound harbour in Turgutreis is beautiful it has a Cinema and multiple designer shops.
From the harbour you can take a boat trip to the Greek Island of Kos

The twin beds can be joined together to make King sized beds and the Double bed which is HEMNES from Ikea can also be used as a single.
Bed linen is provided for cot & both sized beds in all bedrooms.
Also Provided for your comfort - Hairdryer, Hotbrush/curling tongs, Radio alarm clock.There is also an ample supply of Coathangers in all wardrobes.

*** TURGUTREIS with fantastic sunsets overlooking a view of ornamental islands on the horizon. Named after the famous admiral combines a compact town centre with several long sandy beaches. Wind surfers favour this part of the coast as the winds are generally stronger making it ideal during the hot summer months.
THE BODRUM PENINSULA small and very easy to travel round The area has an excellent bus service called dolmus. The most prominent feature of Bodrum is the castle of St. Peter it's origins date back to the knights of St. John & is one of the finest museums in the region.
GUMUSLIK positioned on the site of the ancient city of Myndos is a fine place for snorkelling in the calm waters of the sheltered bay, Various sunken ruins can be found and there is a causeway to Rabbit Island where almost tame rabbits run around. A small Byzantine church above the beach is now a cultural centre with a regular programme of concerts and exhibitions.
TORBA a little village hiding in a charming little bay is a pleasant and relaxed place to visit & has the remains of a Byzantine monastery. Ferries to DIDIM leave from Torba harbour across the Gulf of Güllük.
GÜMBET generates serious nightlife and the streets vibrate till dawn with the music from numerous bars, discos and street side-cafes
EPHESUS best-preserved classical city on the Mediterranean & perhaps the best place to get the feeling for what life was like in Roman times. Legend has it that the Virgin Mary, accompanied by St. Paul, came to Ephesus at the end of her life circa 37-45 AD. In 1967 Pope Paul VI visited the site, where a chapel now stands, and confirmed the authenticity of the legend.
PAMUKKALE is a beautiful and spectacular natural site, unique in the world with its fairy-like, dazzling white, petrified cascade. The thermal waters have been used since Roman times for their therapeutic powers.

PAYMENT TERMS:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder is payable 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay. Also payable at this time is a refundable breakage deposit of £200, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Stayed here last year 2007 The location of the villa helps you to experience the local culture in this beautiful country, with every modern convenience banks, shops, restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are all light, spacious and comfortable with invaluable air conditioning. Other facilities in the Villa are also thoughtfully provided. The pool is a huge asset, to be able to take a refreshing dip at any time including at night when the pool was lit up it was brilliant. The panoramic views from the roof terrace are amazing. Watch the sunrise on the roof terrace early morning. Our first but not last trip to Turkey and this villa, because it was an excellent holiday for adults and children alike. Thoroughly recommended we are going again.

stayed here last September and once again had a great time. The Villa is spacious with all new & comfortable modern furnishings. There is an array of mod cons and I enjoyed cooking the fresh local produce available THE LOCATION is perfect, it is Tranquil without being far off the beaten track as amenities such as Beach & shops are available within walking distance. There are many restaurants/cafe's nearby which also offer delicious menus for the days when you don't want to cook. I found The Info pack in the Villa very useful & also information given when booking is a good service. This is much better than a Hotel & I will be booking to go again
