Villa Perka is the family stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens.It's interior was fully renovated in 2007.From it's slightly elevated position 200m from the sea, it commands the superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them. Behind, villa is sheltered by St.Nicholas-the highest peak of the island.

The Property
Villa has three spacious apartments, Bougainvillea (6+1), Lantana (4+2) and Lavanda (2+2), each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning seaview.Apartments consist of double bedrooms each with it's own bathroom,fully fitted kitchen and living room.Two of them have larder too.The fire place, parking place and loundry are at everybodies disposal.

Villa Perka is located in the small, quiet village of Sveta Nedjelja on the southern and most beautiful side of the island of Hvar.It is fishing and agricultural village that is becoming more and more popular due to it's specific location, among lovers of free climbing,mountain biking,hiking...Mild climate allowes them to enyoj these sports all year long.
Behind, there is St.Nicholas, the highest peak of the island and the cave with remains of Augustinian monastery from the 16th century.
A special position of it's vineyards puts Sv.Nedjelja on the very top in production of high quality vintage vines.These vines, especially red ones have won many awards in Croatia and abroad.We produce vines ourselves as well as rosmary, lavander and sage honey and olive oil.
You reach sea from our villa by short walk through old pine wood.
