Built in 2005, a bungalow style 3 bedroom villa on the edge of Dalyan town, but only a 10 minute stroll into the town and marina. The villa is in a peaceful location with beautiful mountain views. From the terrace you can view a pair of storks nesting in the first half of the summer. We have 3 bedrooms, and a large open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen & a lovely shady terrace running down one side of the villa which is perfect for dining al fresco. It also overlooks the pool/BBQ area. We have a large kidney shaped swimming pool & a small paddling pool surrounded by an ample paved (non-slip) area that has cushioned sunbeds. The paddling pool is in the shade during the afternoon. We also have 2 travel cots & a highchair for small children. The gate across the steps down to the pool area is lockable with a sliding bolt. 
 
The villa is fully air-conditioned & the kitchen has all mod-cons including dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine & full sized fridge-freezer. The satellite receives paid-for English channels, including many news, sports & children's channels, also National Geographic. We have a safe, smoke alarms in all rooms and security iron gates across all windows and patio doors. 
 
Dalyan is a beautiful riverside village within a conservation area and nature reserve. Nearby Iztuzu beach is the home of the loggerhead turtle (caretta-caretta), and can be reached either by the popular river route or by a short dolmus (bus) ride. The whole region is an area of outstanding natural beauty. 
 
The pretty marina area provides both a start point for the various boat trips, and a romantic location for al fresco dining. The floodlit rock tombs and meandering river provide a unique backdrop as you enjoy the local delicacies. 
 
The main street is closed to cars for most of the evening.
