As well as all the fantastic on-site golf, tennis and swimming facilities there is a private beach club on La Manga where you can be active and swim in the pool or the sea, go sailing or just relax and make use of the luxury spa facilities.

The stylishly furnished apartment has full air conditioning, full central heating and electric security grills.
In the lounge there are two comfy sofas to relax in to enjoy the 32 flat screen TV with satellite system. There is a DVD player and large selection of DVDs. There is also a hi-fi with over 50 CDs to listen to.
Dine indoors at our antique pine table or outdoors on the balcony - which you can do ALL year as it's covered!
The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the private balcony overlooking the pool:
Bedroom 2 has twin beds - with plenty of storage space.
The apartment has secure underground garage with easy wheelchair access straight to the apartment in the lift.
ITS OUR HOLIDAY HOME TOO so weve added lots of things that you wouldnt normally expect to find in a holiday let. We have even put in safety equipment including First Aid kit, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket, Smoke detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector.
Kitchen Facilities
Superb modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher.
If you want to eat in there are stainless steel pans and utensils plus all you could possible require to serve everything from pizza to gourmet suppers. We even supply the pinnies !
Also has washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
Outside
The lounge leads onto a fantastic HUGE, south facing terrace, where you can relax in the sun or shade all day. A large teak table means you can dine al fresco and it is the ideal place at the end of the day to put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a glass of wine (or two) and generally relax as the sun goes down
The large balcony overlooks the swimming pool and is ideal for private sunbathing on our sunlounger. There are additional pool chairs to use round the pool which is just a few metres away.

There are wardrobes and cupboards in both bedrooms with lots of space for your clothes. Hair dryers in both bedrooms mean you don't have to worry about weight if you are travelling with just hand luggage.
Comfy duvets and throws make this an apartment suitable all year.
Sleeps 4 comfortably: The 5th person is accomodated on a Z-bed (for a small supplement). Please note that this is only suitable for a child or small adult.

Just 2 km from the unique natural setting of warm, shallow waters of The Mar Menor, the largest natural seawater lagoon in Europe.
The setting of the Costa Calida and Mar Menor is truly incredible, with more than 253 Km of Mediterranean beach, around 320 days of sunshine per year enjoying annual average temperatures of around 21ºc and ideal for a relaxing holiday year round.
Its an enclosed lagoon with no dangerous currents making the water safe for children of any age. The beaches are great - clean and sandy and many have the prestigious 'Blue Flag'. award with lifeguards in the Summer.
There are so many miles of beach that you can always find a quiet spot, even in August.
It is also one of the most important spots in the world for sports lovers, water sports abound including swimming, sailing, scuba diving and water skiing, as well as activities such as tennis, trekking or golf.
LOS ALCAZARES / LOS NAREJOS - both just 2 km away. The promenade stretches for 8km, from Los Narejos walk the promenade all the way to the Yacht Club at the other end of Los Alcazares.
The beaches are gently shelving and really safe for kids. Apart from the height of Summer, they are usually quiet. Dotted with 'chiringuitos' - bars selling a variety of Tapas dishes, refreshments & local beer - all at reasonably prices.
Los Alcázares has a wide range of shops, bars & restaurants to keep everyone happy.
SANTIAGO DE LA RIBERA - A popular water-sports centre and sailing club so with its superb safe beaches, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, a sports centre, and scuba diving.
LO PAGAN - Visit the mud baths. The waters of the Mar Menor are renouned for their healing properties - and the temperature of the water can be amazing.

SUITABILITY
Family holidays - pool outside your apartment and fantastic beaches just 2 km away PLUS there is a private beach club on La Manga with restaurants and water sports.
Great golfing holidays - one of the best Golf courses in Spain.
Access for wheelchair users via the lift direct to the apartment from the main entrance or underground garage. Note that whilst the entrance door is wide, the internal doors are only standard width.
Do I need a car? San Javier Airport is only a short, 10 minute taxi drive so a car isnt essential BUT ... it is advised. Los Alcazares centre is a 25 minute walk

The course is an excellent 18-hole, par 72 golf course designed by Dave Thomas, who is one of the most prestigious European golf designers. Probably best known for the Brabazon course at The Belfry, near Birmingham, where the Ryder Cup has been held on many occasions.
The landscape has been cleverly shaped into an interesting and undulating golf terrain, that provides an interesting and challenging test. It has 3 lakes, with the 7th green on an island in the middle of one of them.
Golfers will find Roda Golf & Beach Resort the perfect spot to put their skills into practice. With all the convenience of being able to enjoy this magnificent sport any time you wish, just a few steps from the apartment.
